As a BRCC-certified Outrigger Canoe (OC) paddler, you are responsible for following the BRCC rules to help keep yourself and others safe while using the small vessels.
This test checks your knowledge of the BRCC Operating Rules for Small Vessels, OCs. In addition to the written test, you’ll need to pass an on-the-water proficiency test (huli recovery) to become certified.
